FUNCTION OF LOW PRESSURE GAS DISCHARGE TUBE 5.5×6 60V
The long expected super low voltage gas discharge tube has finally came out after ten years. Its publishing is going to push the developing of vacuum electronic field and science. This project is the result of 8 years’hard working of our company. It’s an ultimate technology product and was first initiated by us in the international world. After three years’stability test of Japan’s national laboratory, all the index meet the requirements. And it is now in mass production. At present the lowest voltage of domestic and external gas discharge tube field is 70V±25%，voltage ranging 56—87.5V，it’s deviation is 31.5V,occupying 45% of standard voltage; But the voltage of our super low pressure gas discharge tube is just 60V±5V,voltage ranging 55—65V,it’s deviation is10V,occupying 16% of standard voltage. The precision is 30% Improve the accuracy. It’s considered as ultralimit technology by professors in this field. This product is mainly used by:PM2.5 detector,vehicle exhaust system,high efficiency electric generator,metro electric generator,LED anti dazzle device etc,. At present,this product is used in latest high technology devices, instruments, energy efficient products, household appliances from America and Japan.
